Submitting Requests

Law enforcement agencies may submit requests for user information or account data by emailingSupport@Royalflow.com. Requests must be sent from an official government or law enforcement email domain.

Required Information

To process a request efficiently, please include the following information:

• Agency name and contact information.
• Official case or reference number.
• The specific account(s) or user identifiers involved (e.g., email address).
• A clear description of the information requested.
• A statement of legal authority (e.g., warrant, subpoena, court order).

Our Response

Royalflow reviews all requests for legal sufficiency and consistency with applicable law and our Privacy Policy. We will respond to valid legal process as required by law. In cases involving an immediate threat to physical safety, we may expedite our review process.
