Royalflow maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against the following. These prohibitions are detailed in our Acceptable Use Policy below.

To use Royalflow, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for your login credentials and all activities under your account.
Royalflow does not conduct criminal background checks. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. You agree to follow our Safety Guidelines.
Billing is processed via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled in settings. Monthly subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if requested within 3 business days of the initial purchase. After this 3-day window, or for any renewal payments, no refunds are provided except as required by law.
Harassment, illegal activities, or fraud will result in immediate termination. Royalflow strictly prohibits human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and any conduct that aids, abets, or encourages abuse of another person. Any violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
You own your content but grant Royalflow a license to use it to operate the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
Royalflow is not liable for damages resulting from your use of the service or interactions with others.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules all members, Love Agents, and visitors must follow when using Royalflow. By creating an account or processing a payment through Royalflow, you accept this policy in full.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Royalflow. We verify age at registration and reserve the right to require government-issued identification at any time. Accounts believed to be held by a minor will be suspended immediately and any associated payments refunded.
You may not upload, post, or share: any sexual content or sexual context of any kind, whether consensual or non-consensual, including but not limited to nudity, sexually explicit material, sexual solicitation, or sex work of any kind; illegal content of any kind; content that infringes another person's intellectual property; content that promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm; content that defames, harasses, or threatens another person; or any content that misrepresents your identity for the purpose of deceiving others. Royalflow expressly prohibits any content related to human trafficking, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual violence, or non-consensual sexual content (including non-consensual intimate images and deepfake sexual content). Any such content will result in immediate permanent suspension and will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
You may not use Royalflow to commit, attempt, or facilitate any of the following: fraud, chargeback abuse, or refund manipulation; romance scams, phishing, or financial extortion; impersonation or identity theft; creating multiple accounts or sharing a single account; spamming other members with unsolicited commercial messages; or any violation of federal, state, or local law. Royalflow expressly prohibits using the platform to facilitate human trafficking, sexual exploitation, sexual violence, the distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or the sharing of non-consensual intimate content. These violations will result in immediate permanent suspension and referral to law enforcement.
Royalflow uses AI-assisted photo verification to confirm that profile photos depict the registered member. We may require additional verification (selfie match or government ID) at our discretion. Providing false identification or uploading another person's photo is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.
Royalflow operates promotional drawings, including a monthly $300 raffle. No purchase is necessary to enter any drawing — members may submit a free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) without paying for membership. Drawings are conducted fairly using cryptographically random selection, and the official rules for each drawing are available on the relevant prize page. Royalflow complies with applicable federal and state sweepstakes laws.
Members may not refer themselves through a Love Agent referral code, may not create duplicate accounts to generate referral payouts, and may not use a referral code for any commercial or reselling purpose. Self-referrals, fabricated recruits, and any attempt to manipulate the Love Agent compensation system will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of pending payouts.
Royalflow is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the platform to advertise, solicit, or sell any product or service; to recruit for any other business or platform; or to operate as a commercial dating service or reseller.
Love Agents are independent contractors (1099), not employees of Royalflow. Love Agents are solely responsible for their own tax obligations and must maintain accurate W-9 information. Royalflow is not liable for the conduct of Love Agents outside the scope of their referral activities.
Every member can report a profile, post, or message through our built-in reporting tools. All reports are reviewed, and Royalflow may suspend or terminate any account that violates this AUP without notice. We reserve the right to withhold payments, void sweepstakes entries, and pursue legal action for serious violations.

If you suspect fraud, a scam, or any violation of this AUP, report it immediately through the in-app reporting tools or to Support@Royalflow.com. We investigate every report and take corrective action where warranted.
Never share financial information or your home address with someone you've met on Royalflow.
Use our built-in reporting tools to flag suspicious behavior immediately. We take every report seriously.
Always meet in a public place for the first time, and let a trusted friend or family member know your plans.
Arrange your own transportation so you are always in control of when you arrive and leave.
If something feels off, trust your instincts and leave the situation. Your safety is the priority.
Royalflow does not vet or background-check members. Stay vigilant and exercise your own judgment.
